As Trusted Advisors, we feel it's important that the name of our firm reflects the role we play for our clients. That's why we use the trade name FOOTLAMP.  There's an ancient script explaining how words can be a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your path. This name captures much of the work we do for our clients as informed by the wisdom of this great text.

Ed and his wife Jana were childhood friends who reunited after many years apart, and they were married in 2018.  Jana is an Associate Professor of Spanish with a focus on Spanish American poetry and translation at Auburn University. They attend Saint Michael the Archangel Parish and live in nearby Opelika, AL.
