Ongoing Financial Planning and Investment Management (Primary Offering)
This is our core service: an ongoing advisory relationship covering financial planning and investment management. An initial planning fee of $2,500 covers up front work building your plan - data gathering, analysis, and constructing your initial strategy. This fee is credited toward your first year's advisory fee.

Our minimum ongoing advisory fee is $10,000 per year. Most clients fall between $14,000 and $30,000 depending on complexity. We price based on the number of moving parts - not your portfolio size. We use a flat fee, so your cost is clear, predictable, and directly aligned with the work and expertise your plan requires. Ongoing fees are billed quarterly in advance.

One-Time Project Engagements
For those who need focused, standalone analysis rather than on ongoing relationship - for example, a decision on specified real estate holdings, a one-time plan review, or a discrete planning question - we offer project-based engagements starting at $6,500. Scope and fee are agreed upon in advance based on the engagement.

Should you decide to move to ongoing services following a project engagement, we will credit $2,500 of your project fee toward your initial planning fee, so you won't pay that cost twice.
